JOHN CULLINANE

John Cullinane is a Cayman Islands resident and director and co-founder of Summit.

John has over two decades of experience in the establishment and administration of Jersey, Cayman Islands and BVI investment funds. He also has far-reaching experience acting as a director of hedge funds, fund of funds, real estate funds and private equity fund structures. Previously John was a director of Walkers SPV Limited from 2001 to 2008, and served as a manager in the Corporate Services department of Deutsche Bank in the Cayman Islands from 1997 to 2001. Prior to that John worked for the fund administration groups of Deutsche Bank and Ernst & Young in Jersey, Channel Islands.

In addition to his knowledge and practice with investment funds, John has extensive experience acting as a director of structured finance transactions including re-structuring transactions and negotiating post closing issues with investors and other stakeholders.

John graduated in 1987 from Rhodes University in Grahamstown, South Africa where he received a B.Econ. He qualified as a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, is an Accredited Director and is registered with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority as a director under the Directors Registration and Licensing Act.

John is currently a notary public in the Cayman Islands.
